The kitchenette was convenient, but the hot tub needed resurfacing.

We loved the spacious room with a built-in fireplace and enjoyed the convenient walking distance to downtown and the lake. The pool was a fantastic place for relaxation.

Perfect Location with Beautiful Lake Views

I had an excellent stay in a King Room with Lake View, where the stunning views of Lake Geneva made my mornings special. The hotel’s location was unbeatable, allowing easy walks to nearby restaurants and shops, and the indoor and outdoor pools were a nice touch for relaxation. I do wish they offered a complimentary breakfast, as that would enhance the overall experience.

We loved the spacious room since we traveled with three dogs and kids! The location was perfect for grabbing ice cream and strolling to the local shops. The indoor pool was a highlight, and the nearby live music events made our stay amazing.

My wife says that it would be great to have an onsite breakfast option for busy families.

Our group had an awesome time celebrating at this place! We saw Live Music by Return2Soul and enjoyed Music by the Lake at George Williams College. It’s a super easy walk into town for food and to catch the mail jumper boat tour. The staff was friendly, and the location made everything so convenient!

The continental breakfast was pretty bare-bones. It had limited options, like just bread and muffins. We had to chase someone down for milk when it ran out.

Great location and fun times!

We spent 2 nights here, and the location was super convenient! A short walk to downtown and the beach made our trip awesome. Indoor pools were nice, but the whirlpool was kinda gross with foam. Some staff were friendly, but the night crew seemed a bit off. Gino's East pizza right in the hotel was a total win!

The pool was warm and inviting, perfect for my kids to play, and we loved grabbing quick snacks from Gino's East while soaking in stunning lake views. I'd definitely come back!

My stay was wonderful, especially because of the beautiful views of the lake and the charming cafes and shops just a short walk away, making every evening stroll feel special. it truly felt like a weekend getaway filled with fresh air and local charm.

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with a large shower that was recently renovated and features attractive laminate flooring, and excellent amenities like an indoor swimming pool and 24-hour reception service.

I had a positive experience during my business stay at Harbor Shores On. The room was well-appointed with a kitchenette, which provided convenience for a quick breakfast. The staff was exceptionally helpful, assisting with my meeting arrangements. The lake view from the balcony was a pleasant bonus that allowed for some relaxation after long work hours. Additionally, the location near downtown made it easy to explore during downtime.

Additionally, navigating the cable TV can be frustrating as the remote often malfunctions, adding to the inconvenience.
